Terms of Use

By accessing or using PNP Connect (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the public-facing features of PNP Connect, including the membership application, voter register lookup, and volunteer interest form.

PNP Connect is a public engagement tool operated by the People's National Party of Jamaica. It is designed to allow citizens to submit membership applications, check the voter register, and indicate interest in volunteering.

The Platform is not a government service. It is not operated by the Government of Jamaica or any electoral authority. The voter register data displayed through the lookup feature is derived from records held by the PNP for constituency outreach purposes and may not reflect the official Electoral Commission register.

You may use PNP Connect to submit a genuine membership application on your own behalf, to search the voter register for your own name, and to express your own interest in volunteering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a membership application. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and relates to you.

You may not use the Platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to submit applications on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

You may not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any part of the Platform's underlying systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

You may not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Platform, including for bulk voter register lookups or repeated form submissions.

You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Jamaica or any applicable jurisdiction.

The voter register lookup feature provides information based on PNP constituency records. It may not reflect recent changes to the official Electoral Commission register. For authoritative register information, please contact the Electoral Commission of Jamaica.

PNP Connect makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed through the Platform.

All content on PNP Connect, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the People's National Party or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the People's National Party.

PNP Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the People's National Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our collection and use of personal information submitted through PNP Connect is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain links to external websites such as pnp.org.jm and the party's social media profiles. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any linked site.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically, particularly before submitting personal information through the Platform.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of PNP Connect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
